Tenancy Support Officer

£17,248 pa for 20 hours per week on an initial 2-year fixed term contract.

Christchurch Housing Society is a small charitable housing provider. We provide accommodation for tenants living in our 640 homes in and around Christchurch, Bournemouth and Poole.

We care about our tenants and want to provide them with a truly meaningful advice service.    

 

We are looking for a knowledgeable and self-motivated tenancy support officer. You will be the main point of contact for tenants who require advice be it welfare, housing, or financial support.  

 

You will work alongside our small housing team based in Christchurch, and provide a range of interventions to help build, manage and sustain tenancies. Your role will be to work with or identify tenants at risk. You will provide early intervention and preventative outcomes that promote independence and empower customers to address barriers. You will work collaboratively with other key agencies in the area.
