What we do
Christchurch Housing Society works across Poole, Christchurch and Bournemouth. We own over 620 affordable flats for older people.
We also run Siverways Nursing Home, Avondene Care Home and two lunch clubs in our community halls.
Our history
Christchurch Housing Society, is a Community Benefit Society with charitable status which was founded in 1946.
Since then it has been providing accommodation for older people both in flats and in nursing and residential homes across the Poole, Bournemouth and Christchurch area.
Who we serve
We provide services to older people aged 60 or older.
To join our waiting list for flats you must be aged over sixty and have a link to the Poole, Christchurch or Bournemouth area.
